This website is for informational and inquiry purposes. Product listings represent equipment we typically supply; final specifications, availability, and pricing are confirmed per inquiry. By using this site you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading inquiries
  • Use automated tools to scrape pricing or product data without prior written permission
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site

2. Product Listings — Not an Offer

Information on this site does not constitute a binding offer of sale. Photos, spec sheets, prices, and availability shown are representative. A binding agreement only arises when (a) we issue a written formal quote referencing a specific physical unit, and (b) you accept that quote in writing and we sign a Sales Contract.

3. Sales Contract Controls

The Sales Contract for a specific transaction supersedes anything on this website. If a Sales Contract term conflicts with website content, the Sales Contract prevails. The Sales Contract includes Incoterms (FOB / CIF / CFR / DAP), payment terms, inspection acceptance criteria, warranty scope, and delivery commitments.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices on this website are quoted in USD and on FOB origin-port basis unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to confirmation in the formal quote — shipping cost, insurance, current ocean-freight conditions, and destination clearance affect total landed cost. Currencies other than USD may be accepted at our then-current exchange rate.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

Standard inspection package — engine test, hydraulic test, undercarriage measurement, factory nameplate video — is shared before any payment. The buyer or their authorized inspector may also conduct on-site inspection at their own cost. Buyer's confirmation in writing constitutes acceptance of the specific unit's condition.

6. Payment Terms

Standard: 30% T/T deposit on contract signing, 70% balance on receipt of original B/L copies. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Demurrage, detention, and destination customs duties at the receiving port are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on core components — engine block, main hydraulic pump, and gearbox — measured from arrival date at destination port. The warranty covers defects existing at the time of delivery and does not cover wear-and-tear, operator error, misuse, lack of routine maintenance, modifications, or damage in transit. Detailed warranty terms appear in the Sales Contract.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the purchase price of the specific unit. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, government action, port closures, war, pandemic-related restrictions). Affected obligations are suspended until the event ends.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise agreed in the Sales Contract, these terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}. Disputes are first to be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, by arbitration at {{ARBITRATION_BODY}}, in English, with the seat of arbitration in {{ARBITRATION_SEAT}}.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
