Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser user-agent for security and abuse-prevention purposes — these are retained for no more than 90 days.

  • Coordinate inspection, payment, and shipping if you proceed to purchase

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share your inquiry details with anyone outside our sales and logistics team and the specific supplier we are sourcing your unit from.

This site uses the following third-party services:

  • Formspree — for inquiry form delivery. Your form submission is transmitted through formspree.io and forwarded to our team email. Their privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
  • WhatsApp — when you click a WhatsApp link on this site, you are taken to wa.me / WhatsApp's app. Your messaging is subject to WhatsApp's terms.
  • Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log basic request information.

4. Data Retention

Active inquiries are kept on file for as long as the buyer relationship is active, plus 3 years for legal / accounting reasons. Inactive inquiries (no response after 6 months) are archived and deleted within 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
