Common Questions on the Process

What if the machine arrives different from the inspection report?

The factory-nameplate video taken during inspection ties the contract to a specific physical unit — not "a CAT 320D" but that CAT 320D with that serial number. If a different unit arrives at your port, that is a clear contract breach and the path forward is straightforward. This is exactly why we record the nameplate on video before any payment.

Can I send an inspector to verify in person?

Yes. You can send your own representative or a third-party inspection company (SGS, BV, Intertek) to confirm before loading. We coordinate yard access and provide on-site contact. Inspection-company fees are paid by the buyer; we don't take a cut.

What if the container is delayed?

Ocean freight delays are common (weather, port congestion). We track the vessel daily and send you the updated ETA. Demurrage and detention charges at destination port are the buyer's responsibility — we typically advise clearing within 7 days of arrival.

Do you accept payment in currencies other than USD?

Default is USD. EUR and CNY accepted on request. We do not accept cryptocurrency for export transactions because it complicates customs clearance documentation.

Can I buy multiple units in one shipment?

Yes. Multi-unit shipments are usually loaded as Ro-Ro or Bulk vessel and cost less per ton in freight. Tell us your full requirement up front so we can quote the combined logistics correctly.
